Sok Kimheng is dedicated to re-developing and promoting the creative and cultural future of Cambodia in conjunction with the use of Khmer language online. Alongside his role as Assistant Producer for Our City Festival, he also works as an IT lecturer at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia following his Master of Information Technology studies at INSA de Rennes, France.

Wherever there is culture, art and technology, Kimheng will prevail!
